The mentors and models who made a difference in my life are people from all professions and levels of leadership. I founded FLIC羚nt> to help other women on their journeys to success, by connecting them with mentors and by helping women give back by finding people to mentor. It is my hope that FLIC羚nt> will serve as a model for women who want to help other women become better at what they do and become happier in their lives.
FLIC羚nt> offers its members an opportunity to “pay it forward.” Mentorship is one of the most fulfilling things you can do in your life – it is when one mentors that they have truly reached a pinnacle in their career and in their life.
When people give back to a community, whether through time, treasure or talent, it is one of the most significant contributions one can make for the betterment of society. In my own personal life, it is through the experience of giving back that I have been most fulfilled. Each and every one of us has an opportunity to make a difference in the world. My hope is that FLIC羚nt> can help women do this through mentorship programs, leadership development and education. We will help them to the next level and provide a clearing house of opportunities for women to get involved in helping to shape the future of our world.
