Carol Sexton has been in banking industry for over 25 years. She is the Vice President and Area Manager for Sovereign Bank in Massachusetts and has been with the organization for nearly a decade. Carol has been recognized as a Top Performer with Sovereign in 2001, 2002, 2005 and 2006. In 2004, she received the “Giraffe Award” for providing outstanding customer service with Sovereign. In 2007, Sovereign Bank received the Corridor Nine Chamber School-to-Business Corporate Partner Award for her involvement in their program to bring scholarships and mini-grants to the schools. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce and is a former board member for Southwest Regional Employment Board, Newton Funds for the Arts, the United Way of Central Massachusetts, You, Inc., Junior Achievement and the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce.
